A New Approach to CKD-ASSOCIATED ANAEMIA

Oxemia Desidustat tablet packs in 100, 50 and 25 milligram strengths

OXEMIA™ (Desidustat) is developed for the management of anaemia associated with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). By targeting the hypoxia-inducible factor pathway, OXEMIA™ supports endogenous erythropoietin production and promotes erythropoiesis.

The oral formulation offers convenience for both dialysis and non-dialysis CKD patients while helping support haemoglobin management goals.

HOW OXEMIA™ WORKS

OXEMIA™ acts by inhibiting hypoxia-inducible factor prolyl hydroxylase (HIF-PH), stabilizing HIF and activating the body's natural response to hypoxia.

About Anaemia

Understanding anaemia
in chronic kidney disease

When kidneys are not working as well as they should, the body may produce fewer red blood cells. Understanding the signs is the first step toward a better conversation.

Lower haemoglobin

CKD may reduce the body’s natural erythropoietin production.

Dosing Guide

Personalized dosing.
Optimized outcomes.

Oxemia dosing is titrated based on Hb response and CKD stage to help achieve and maintain target Hb with minimal dose adjustments.

Doctor Recommendation

• Titrate dose gradually to achieve target Hb and avoid rapid increases.

• Individualize based on response and tolerability.

Start

Choose starting dose based on CKD stage and Hb level.

Assess

Reassess Hb every 2–4 weeks.

Adjust

Increase or decrease dose by 25 mg increments.
